Cover full-cycle recruitments: being a sparring partner for the hiring manager, compiling job descriptions, advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, qualifying and assessing candidates using different evaluation methods., Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates., Prepare onboarding activities for People Business Partners (preparing the information in HRIS, giving input for payroll, advising the IT department regarding the needed equipment, etc.)., Support and train the hiring managers in the hiring process., Supporting relocation activities in cooperation with our partner Jobbatical (if the candidate is not already in the area)., Supporting employer branding initiatives and activities, working closely with marketing and the rest of the People Department (campaigns, marketing channels, job fairs, etc.)., Being proactively involved with development projects for improving recruitment (assessment process, ATS, etc.).
