Promptly respond to and resolve support requests for Hubspot, Aircall and Thinking Cap (LMS) from employees and customers., Regularly evaluate application performance and user feedback to make continuous improvements., Act as a point of contact with system vendors for support, updates, and troubleshooting., Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the applications, including user guides, best practices, and system configurations., Stay current on all product updates for our applications and make recommendations to ensure we implementing best practices for application usage, workflow improvements and system optimizations., Conduct training sessions for end users, ensuring they are proficient in using the applications effectively., Work with end users to gather requirements and help create custom reports and dashboards., Support Senior Applications manager with projects focused on improving data quality within applications.
