Establish an integrated financial controlling structure for hospitality operations across all places, projects and services., Provide guidance to Operational Teams and Operational Managers on all efficiency-related matters., Report key metrics to different stakeholders (Board/C-Level, Operations Leadership & Operational Teams)., Monitor and control data for Slow Operations real-time., Monitor and control the entire accounting function as per accounting standards., Challenge the status quo, and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities., Prepare financial analysis as and when required., Oversee all operational budget/actual reports and results., Prepare ad-hoc analyses relating to operational performance., Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities., Ensure that effective internal controls are in place., Continuously develop the setup and maintenance of controlling systems., Execute monthly/periodic audits and give directives to the team, when required.
