Overseeing the design and implementation of an innovative pilot project, combining rigorous impact evaluation methods with participatory approaches, Building the capacity of local facilitators in using the project approaches, including on participatory evaluation, Collecting, analysing and making sense of large quantities of qualitative data, in correspondence with our institutional research partner, Facilitating internal review and reflection meetings on the project, Leading on correspondence with our project donor and partners, Developing learning products based on insights and reflections from project data, findings to be shared within the organisation, the donor and the wider development community, Support project re-design and adaptation to context changes, insights from MEL data, as needed, Contributing to the overall MEL team priorities and strategic development, as needed, Ad hoc MEL support to other projects managed by the Lebanon office, including supporting the development of project logics and MEL frameworks for proposals
