Planning, control and execution of test activities in different phases of the software development cycle, Coordinate acceptance testing activities, including manual testing and prioritization of bugs, Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers and Customer Success to ensure comprehensive test coverage, Define and enforce criteria for the release of stable releases, Provide timely feedback and guidance to developers on bug fixes, Implement feedback loops to address issues in a timely manner and ensure continuous improvement in the QA process, Refine the process for stable releases based on feedback and performance metrics, Build and lead a dedicated QA team responsible for the overall quality of stable releases, Lead the hiring process for additional QA team members and promote a culture of quality within the organization
