Develop and underwrite a profitable portfolio of Cyber Risks business with a focus on German markets., Structure tailor-made solutions considering team underwriting parameters and policy., Manage innovation and development of non-insurance service offerings., Monitor premiums, costs, and claims ratios per contract and take corrective measures., Evaluate appropriate risk premium considering risk costs, reinsurance cessions, capital exposure, and operational costs., Monitor peer underwriters' daily work for profitability and efficient administration., Monitor and supervise assistants to ensure compliance with underwriting philosophy and policy., Comply with Beazley's underwriting control standards., Develop a good working relationship with claims managers., Advise, assist, and service clients on insurance and risk matters., Foster positive relationships with clients to understand mutual needs., Maintain good business relationships with brokers., Maintain awareness of Beazley's product range and introduce other products to clients., Leverage networking opportunities to develop standardized underwriting policy and best practice., Develop and disseminate business and class knowledge within Cyber Risks., Work with peers to maximize business opportunities and profitability., Share and gather knowledge within the Beazley Group., Produce presentations and marketing literature as required., Produce business plans/research documents for the Cyber Risks account as required., Adhere to Beazley's core values: Being Bold, Striving for Better, and Doing the Right Thing., Comply with Beazley procedures, policies, and regulations, including the code of conduct., Undertake training on Beazley policies and procedures., Display business ethics that uphold customer interests., Ensure all customer interactions focus on delivering a fair outcome., Carry out additional responsibilities as notified.
