Manage the entire sales cycle for both existing and new customers., Sell our SaaS solutions for concrete in the DACH region, Deeply analyze customer needs and technical readiness, developing tailored solutions accordingly., Create comprehensive business cases that highlight the value of our solutions, considering various levers and scenarios., Prepare compelling presentations, conduct WebApp demos, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers at all levels—from the initial introduction to contract signing, renewals, or rollouts., Analyze market and competitor information to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly., Represent alcemy at relevant conferences and associations to expand our network and strengthen market presence., Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to generate leads and coordinate marketing activities., Support the Customer Success team in managing and expanding existing accounts., Work with the product team to identify, communicate, and prioritize customer needs., Be willing to travel regularly to meet customers and work flexibly from home or our office in Berlin.
