About Kolping Hochschule

The Kolping Hochschule Health and Social Affairs in Cologne is a state-recognized, private university sponsored by the Kolping Stiftungshochschule gGmbH. It was founded in 2019 and aims to train specialists and managers for the health and social sector.

The university offers practice-oriented degree programs in the fields of health and social affairs, including Social Work, Childhood Education, Health Psychology, Gerontology, Health & Care, Digital Health, Health Management, Health and Nursing Education and Physician Assistant. New is also the Pedagogical Qualification for lecturers. These courses can be completed in various forms of study, such as dual, part-time or as scientific further education.

A special feature of the Kolping Hochschule is its focus on digital classroom teaching. As a "Digital Classroom University", it enables flexible and location-independent studies that are oriented towards the individual life models of the 21st century. The use of digitally supported learning and teaching methods creates a connection between organizational flexibility and personal proximity.
