About Cabalance gGmbH

Cabalance gGmbH is a non-profit organization dedicated to child and youth welfare. Its goal is to provide a stable and supportive environment for young people who cannot grow up in their families of origin.

The company offers a wide range of semi-residential and residential assistance, including socio-educational foster families, Westphalian foster families and professional emergency care. These offers enable individual care and support tailored to the specific needs of each child and adolescent.

In addition to family-like offers, Cabalance gGmbH also operates residential groups and day groups that offer young people a safe and structured framework. The residential groups are geared towards different age groups and needs and offer both short-term and long-term perspectives.

A particular focus is on promoting the personal responsibility and self-determination of young people. Through targeted and comprehensive support, they should grow into responsible and self-determined personalities. The pedagogical and advisory assistance is diverse and case-oriented, with social changes and new professional findings being incorporated into the work.

In addition to the care services, Cabalance gGmbH also offers therapeutic services, such as therapeutic riding. These offers are intended to help young people strengthen their emotional and social skills and cope with their individual challenges.

Cabalance gGmbH works closely with youth welfare offices, schools and other institutions to ensure comprehensive and coordinated support for young people. The organization attaches great importance to active and responsible cooperation with all parties involved, including the families of the young people.

In order to finance its work and create additional offers, Cabalance gGmbH relies on donations. These donations are used exclusively for projects that benefit young people and improve their quality of life. Cabalance gGmbH guarantees that every donation arrives in full where it is really needed.

Cabalance gGmbH trains specialists in cooperation with the IU Internationale Hochschule Bielefeld and covers the study costs in full.
