Your mission
Ensure and continuously improve quality standards throughout the entire supply chain
Conduct quality audits at manufacturing facilities and supplier sites in Taiwan
Support new product introductions (NPI) and mass production processes
Perform incoming goods inspections, in-process inspections, and final quality checks
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Manage supplier and manufacturing partner complaints and quality-related escalations
Create and maintain quality documentation, inspection plans, and reports
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Procurement teams
Support certifications and compliance requirements (e.g., CE, IEC, UL, or comparable standards)
Provide regular reporting to management in Berlin
Your profile
Professional Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Degree or technical qualification in one of the following fields: Production Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Electronics; Automation Engineering; Mechatronics; Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Quality Management or Production Engineering
Proven experience in:
Electronics manufacturing (PCBA, EMS, electrical assemblies)
Power supplies and electrical products
Automation technology
Inspection and testing procedures
Supplier and manufacturing quality management
Solid knowledge of common quality management methodologies, including:
8D
FMEA
APQP
SPC
Root Cause Analysis
ISO 9001
Experience working with Asian manufacturing and supplier networks, particularly in Taiwan, is highly desirable
Language Skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
- German language skills are a plus

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally to Berlin, Germany
