    Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes., Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising initiatives and support due diligence processes for funding rounds and strategic partnerships., Co-develop and implement client offerings and pricing models aligned with the Company’s financial strategy to support business growth and financial viability., Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making., Manage financial operations and processes in multiple regions including daily financial operations and local compliance and regulatory requirements., Streamline processes for multi-currency transactions, tax structures, and cross-border financial management for our three entities in Germany, Switzerland and USA., Oversee global accounting functions, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or local GAAPs)., Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for internal and external stakeholders as well as accurate consolidation of financial results from multiple regions and entities., Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and processes., Coordinate external audits and address any findings or recommendations., Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and local financial regulations., Manage tax strategies, including transfer pricing, VAT, and international tax obligations., Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks in accordance with business needs., Mitigate risks related to foreign exchange, geopolitical factors, and regulatory changes., Build a lean high-performing finance team., Provide mentorship and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
