Lead develop, and steer the regional L/RL strategy, including the HCPs / PAs / other recommenders and claim strategies, ensuring cross-functional excellence of activation., Contribute to the strategic taskforce as well as potentially lead workstream(s) of the strategic taskforce for the gamechanger innovation project., Align closely with Medical Management and Marketing teams at global, regional and local levels pre-, during and post-launch with continuous optimization., Closely collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure all activities and materials are compliant with local regulations., Lead the DermoPure L/RL project execution with global teams to implement it in local markets., Ensure strategic alignment between the upcoming L/RL projects including the gamechanger innovation project., Adapt global 360° campaigns and deliver campaign packages to lead countries on time and in full (OTIF)., Regularly interact with global and local teams to co-create short- and long-term franchise visions, ensuring the right product pipeline., Collect, compare, and analyze data (consumer, derms, market, competitor, country, digital, etc.), generate insights, and identify growth opportunities and potential challenges., Provide proactive consultancy to countries and monitor consumer, dermatologist, and competitive needs and trends., Collaborate with Medical Management, Sales, S&C, eCommerce, Digital, and Media teams to deliver integrated strategies., Foster collaboration, information sharing, and best practices among all internal stakeholders., Monitor and control the budget regularly.
