Foundation SeeYou: Strong for Families

The Foundation SeeYou, established in 2004 at the Catholic Children's Hospital Wilhelmstift in Hamburg, is dedicated to supporting families with severely or chronically ill children as well as those with high psychosocial burdens. The name "SeeYou" symbolizes the comprehensive care and support that the organization provides, and literally means "We see each other" and "We care for you".

The Baby Pilot Program has established itself throughout Germany, with over 71 maternity hospitals and 32 medical practices working according to this model. SeeYou also offers special support for families in which children and adolescents have passed away, and promotes networking between various interest groups to create synergies for supporting families.
