Migrationsrat Berlin

The Migrationsrat Berlin e.V. is an umbrella organization that unites nearly 90 self-organizations of migrants, Black people, and People of Color in Berlin. Since its founding, the Migrationsrat has been committed to the rights and interests of these communities.

• Network and Support: The Migrationsrat provides a platform for self-organizations to work together on solutions to the challenges faced by migrants.
• Consultation and Advocacy: The association provides consulting and support services in areas such as asylum counseling, youth assistance, and social integration.

The main mission of Migrationsrat Berlin e.V. is to promote a just and inclusive society where all people can live equally, regardless of their migration background. The values of the association are based on respect, solidarity, and the recognition of diversity.

• Cooperation and Partnership: By collaborating with various initiatives, movements, activists, and scholars, the Migrationsrat works on comprehensive solutions to social and political challenges.
• Education and Awareness: The association is involved in educational projects to raise awareness of the needs and rights of migrants and to reduce prejudices.
