Main Mission and Values
editOur main mission is to defend and promote the values of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. We particularly advocate for the support of democratic and secular forces in the Middle East and stand in solidarity with Israel. A central aspect of our work is combating antisemitism, Islamism, and right-wing extremism, as well as raising awareness about the dangers posed by these ideologies[1][2].
Sustainability Goals and Initiatives
edit- Stop the Bomb Initiative: The MFFB supports the "Stop the Bomb" initiative, which opposes business dealings with the Iranian regime and advocates for the support of the democratic opposition in Iran. This initiative includes petitions, demonstrations, and public actions to draw attention to human rights violations and Iran's nuclear armament plans[3].
- Educational Component Israel: Our educational program "Educational Component Israel" has been offering seminars and workshops since 2015 that focus on the Arab-Israeli conflict and Israel-related antisemitism. This program aims to promote a nuanced and informed discussion about these complex issues[1][4].
