Femtec is a network for MINT (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, and Technology) enthusiasts, founded in 2001 as a Public-Private-Partnership by EAF Berlin and Technische Universität Berlin. Its core mission is to empower, connect, and inspire individuals by promoting gender equality and diversity as key drivers for innovation and progress in MINT fields. Femtec addresses the underrepresentation of women in MINT professions and develops talents through programs for school students and university students, as well as career coaching for professionals. The network connects universities and businesses, boasting over 1600 alumnae from more than 70 nations.
