Berliner Register is an initiative dedicated to combating discrimination and exclusion by documenting incidents in Berlin. The organization records events with racist, antisemitic, LGBTIQ*-hostile, or Nazi-trivializing backgrounds, as well as those targeting homeless people, individuals with disabilities, or democratically engaged persons. Its aim is to make these incidents visible and build alliances. A public "Vorfalls-Chronik" (Incident Chronicle) provides transparency, and a comprehensive report is published annually. Berliner Register is a gGmbH and places great emphasis on accessibility, including information in German Sign Language (DGS).
