Coach profiles we’re looking to work with currently:
- Founders with experience building and scaling companies (vs freelance)
- Product Managers with 5+ years of experience in tech
- Software Engineers with 5+ years of experience
- UX/UI Designers with 5+ years of experience in tech (ideally German speaking)
- Coaches with other senior roles in Tech

How do we select our coaches?
We value diversity! Our clients have various backgrounds and we always want to listen to their needs when we select and onboard new coaches. We also make selections based on professional background + coaching certificate. Our founder coaches also need to have a relevant business degree.
Onboarding as a freelance coach
You will get access to an online onboarding program: we have prepared all the info you need, including Loom videos, to introduce our tools and CRM. We have monthly online Q&As to cover all open questions about our process.
Learning & Growing as a coach with Fired Up
We offer bi-weekly supervision sessions to reflect on your coaching practice and methods - peer support guaranteed! Every 4 months we get together in real life, which in addition to our Slack community contributes to our supportive culture.
We usually onboard new coaches every quarter, so sometimes it might take us a while to welcome you onboard and you can receive an update on your application. Thank you for your patience with us!
