Oversee strategic tech initiatives from ideation through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and tech heads, Work closely with our CTO on planning, resource allocation, goal setting, deliverable definition for multiple concurrent activities, program management and initiative implementation, Review, design, and execute on improvements to organizational structure, find knowledge and skill gaps in the teams and actively help address them, Improve and create new processes where necessary and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized effectiveness, excellence and speed of delivery, Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders across Flexa, Enpal and Entrix, Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, build and develop relationships with all employees for increased effectiveness and responsiveness in development, delivery and operations, work with the CTO and executives on special projects, Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
