Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines umfassenden Projektplans zur Verbesserung der Lebens- und Arbeitsbedingungen von Seeleuten, Sammlung und Analyse von Hintergrundinformationen zu zentralen Themen wie Ruhezeiten, Internetzugang an Bord und Arbeitsverträgen für Seeleute, Planung, Mitwirkung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Vorträgen und thematischen Hafenrundfahrten, Ausbau von Netzwerken mit internationalen Partnern und Teilnahme an Lobbygesprächen, Erfassung und Analyse der Projektergebnisse zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung, Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Erstellung von Bildungs- und Informationsmaterialien, Durchführung von Recherchen zu relevanten Themen im Bereich der Seefahrt und Arbeitsbedingungen, Teilweise selbständige Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsmaßnahmen und Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Seminaren, Durchführungen von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen für Mitarbeitende der Deutschen Seemannsmission Hamburg Altona, Kooperation mit verschiedenen Referaten von Brot für die Welt zu gemeinsamen und benachbarten Themenfeldern wie Menschenrechten, fairem Handel oder Lieferketten
