Act as a trusted advisor to local management, providing hands-on HR support and guidance., Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment between business needs and Group HR policies., Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, such as performance and salary reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding., Gain buy-in for regional and Group HR initiatives, ensuring effective local implementation., Influence managers and employees, fostering a culture of engagement and retention., Provide HR support for Austria and Switzerland as needed., Ensure compliance with German labor laws and coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary., Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit., Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and probationary period support., Manage contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, time tracking, and leave management., Maintain HR records and compliance in line with GDPR regulations., Prepare reports and evaluations for business reviews, sustainability reporting, and HR analytics., Drive the digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes.
