You sell standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to existing business customers and new customers (acquisition) as support for a (Senior) Account Manager, later in a permanently assigned sales area., You ensure a high presence, effective support and loyalty to Vodafone in the respective area., You analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts, You analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit the existing customer potential, You reduce the churn rate., You carry out needs analyses with customers, taking into account competitive conditions (price analyses, complementary needs)., You schedule events, carry out sales visits, create offers, follow them up, conclude contracts, evaluate the success or failure, support customers after conclusion and take care of customer recovery, sometimes with the support of (Senior) Account Manager and Sales Manager., You have initial specialist knowledge in the area of mobile and fixed network.
