Overall responsibility for the finance department including accounting, controlling, and tax matters., Oversee all financial processes including accounting, payroll, and reporting, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations., Provide actionable recommendations and advise stakeholders based on data and KPIs as a co-pilot for operational departments., Conceptualize and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget, mid-year forecasts, and medium-term planning., Optimize accounting and controlling processes and lead a team of three employees., Independently lead cross-functional finance projects in collaboration with other departments., Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and actively participate in related projects., Handle all tax matters, both national and international (primarily VAT)., Oversee the ERP system (SAP) for the FI area, focusing on its ongoing development and professionalization., Report directly to the executive team.
