Support impact investors by answering their questions related to impact investing, Provide expertise to customers through phone, chat, and email support, Track customer feedback to help shape the Inyova product, Facilitate the onboarding phase for new customers, Improve processes for customer touchpoints and manage small projects

Develop and refine financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs in real-time., Utilize modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to provide comprehensive insights into financial metrics., Implement and maintain automated reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors., Develop data pipelines to integrate financial data from various sources., Perform ad-hoc analyses to support rapid decision-making and provide clear, data-driven recommendations., Create dynamic financial models to enhance forecasts, cash flow projections, and scenario analyses., Develop performance reports that identify variances between planned and actual results and provide root cause analysis., Leverage BI analysis to support strategic financial planning and business management., Prepare clear and visually compelling reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders., Ensure compliance with statutory reporting standards (IFRS, HGB) and internal policies., Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization., Train and support team members in the use of BI tools and the interpretation of financial data., In charge of bookkeeping & controlling with our external financial advisor., Support the Management in future fundraising processes.

Coordinating and preparing investment proposals for INERATEC facilities, LOIs, MOUs, term sheets and closing documentation for complex and innovative financing structures, Managing the development and maintenance of a pipeline of potential investors, Performing and managing the required due diligence, financial modeling, risk analysis and mitigation in structuring loans, equity investments and guarantees where applicable, Structuring the investment, co-leading all negotiations from initial contact to the signing of a term sheet and the closing and subsequent reporting of the transaction, Interface management of our bank relationships and other advisors, Working with internal contacts to ensure bankability of project agreements (offtake agreements, key supply agreements, in particular H2, CO2 and energy as well as EPC and O&M contracts)
