Personnel management of Unit staff, including staff development and support, annual appraisals, and conflict management mechanisms, Supervise, support and guide project implementation, Ensure coordination and coherence within Unit, Provide regional and/or thematic expertise and analysis for project teams, Explore and assess new project ideas and/or requests, Strategic communication to project donors, Utilize and build networks in the region in support of project implementation, Strategic fundraising for the Unit, Strategic networking for the Unit, Representation of Unit within and outside BFO, Overall responsibility for the development of concept notes and project proposals, Any further relevant tasks delegated by the Head of Department
