Technische Hochschule Brandenburg

The Technische Hochschule Brandenburg (THB), founded on April 13, 1992, has made Brandenburg an der Havel a university town for the first time in its thousand-year history. In just five years, the site of the former barracks was transformed into today's campus with renovated and new buildings. The THB offers attractive and future-oriented degree programs in the three disciplines Engineering, Business, and Computer Science and Media.

With over 3,000 students, including about 480 international students, the THB offers a wide range of degree programs that stand out particularly for their project-oriented curriculum. The course content is defined in close collaboration with regional partners from industry, trade, and administration, thus enabling students to gain practical insights into their future fields of work. The university maintains over 50 partnerships with universities in Europe and overseas and promotes international exchange in teaching, research, and study[2].
