With dedicated teams in Germany and approximately 600 permanent Ethiopian employees on the ground, holistic development projects are implemented across thirteen rural regions. These initiatives cover agriculture, water, education, health, and income. The foundation has continuously held the DZI donation seal since 1993, underscoring its high transparency and responsible handling of donations. Its headquarters are located in Munich.
