Social Impact develops products and services that contribute to securing future viability and social balance. The non-profit Social Impact gGmbH was founded in 1994 under the name iq consult and has since been significantly involved in the development, conceptualization, and implementation of innovative qualification and startup support offerings for socially disadvantaged groups.

Today, Social Impact gGmbH is considered one of the most prominent and experienced social enterprises in Germany, which is intricately woven into the political and economic support network of Social Entrepreneurs. Since 2011, we have been explicitly working on building an infrastructure to promote social innovations and social entrepreneurship. We are currently represented by over 100 employees at 9 locations in Germany.
