About RP Global
editRP Global is an experienced player in the field of renewable energies with over 40 years of experience. The company operates as a developer, operator and investor and focuses on Solar-PV, wind, hydrogen and energy storage solutions. RP Global operates in Western and Eastern Europe as well as in Argentina and has strong local teams.
The company develops, finances, constructs and operates projects in the field of renewable energies. Currently, RP Global is developing a pipeline of over 14 GW(p). In the field of Solar-PV, projects are being developed in key markets such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Poland, Croatia and Serbia, with a pipeline of over 7 GW(p). In the field of wind energy, RP Global has already realized wind farms in Poland, France and Croatia and is now focusing on the development of wind projects in all its markets.
RP Global is closely following the development of Power-to-X technologies and is securing land in Patagonia for a potential hydrogen project with an installed capacity of 10-20 GW. Originally active in the field of hydropower, RP Global also plans to integrate battery storage into its projects to help stabilize the power grids.
RP Global invests not only in its own projects, but also in innovative companies that contribute to combating energy poverty, climate change and promoting a greener economy. These include investments in PPA consulting companies and independent power producers in Eastern Europe.
