
rebio (Regionale Bioland Erzeugergemeinschaft) was founded in 1991 by 39 Bioland farmers to establish regional and sustainable marketing structures for Bioland grain and slaughter livestock. By 2023, the organization had grown to approximately 180 member farms in southwestern Baden-Württemberg and employed 40 staff members. Its core business involves the collective marketing of Bioland grain, slaughter livestock, and sugar beets to various customers, fostering a regional supply chain. rebio.de is DE-ÖKO-006 certified, affiliated with Bioland and Naturland, and publishes common good reports. The organization also receives ELER funding to modernize its facilities.
