editJUGENDSTIL* is a project that advocates for peaceful, respectful, and equal coexistence of all people in East Germany. The main mission is to empower young people with international backgrounds, especially those with migration or refugee histories, such as Bi_PoCs, Black Germans, Sintizze, and Romnja, and to amplify their voices in society. The project promotes a vibrant and open understanding of democracy and advocates for tolerance, diversity, and social cohesion[3][4].

edit- Idea Fund: JUGENDSTIL* offers an idea fund that supports young people aged 14 to 27 with international backgrounds. The fund promotes projects and ideas that aim to make society better, more beautiful, and more tolerant, with grants of up to 1,000 euros. Cultural events, sports events, theater or music workshops, demonstrations, podcasts, and video projects located in the East German federal states are funded[2].
- Workshop Program and Networking: In addition to financial support, JUGENDSTIL* offers a comprehensive workshop program that provides participants with useful skills and knowledge for shaping their projects. Networking meetings are also organized to share experiences and receive valuable feedback[2].
- Community Picnics and Events: The project organizes community picnics and other events in the East German federal states to encourage young migrants and Bi_PoCs to engage and get to know each other[1].
- Funding Finder: JUGENDSTIL* provides a funding finder that identifies the most suitable funds for various projects from over 190 funding sources, ranging from anti-discrimination to environment and culture[1].

- Magazine "From Our Own Strength – East Migrant Struggles and Visions": The project has published a magazine that portrays the stories, motivations, and visions of people and initiatives in East Germany[1].
JUGENDSTIL* is thus a central impulse generator and expedition companion for young, international engaged individuals in East Germany who are committed to a vibrant democracy and an open, diverse society.
