Freestyle e.V. is a non-profit organization for youth welfare based in Berlin-Weißensee. Founded with the aim of supporting and accompanying young people, the association has developed into a comprehensive youth welfare provider over the last ten years. Our work includes outpatient, semi-residential, and residential services aimed at helping children, adolescents, young adults, and young mothers with children, as well as unaccompanied minor refugees.

• Youth Welfare: We offer educational assistance according to §§27ff SGB VIII to support young people on their path to an independent life.
• Outpatient, semi-residential, and residential services: Our interdisciplinary teams provide a variety of support programs tailored to the individual needs of young people.
• Social Work and Administration: Our team consists of experienced professionals in social work as well as an efficient administration distributed across several locations in Berlin.

Our slogan "Giving Trust to a Young Generation" reflects our main mission. We believe in the abilities and potential of young people and offer them a supportive and continuous relationship level to which they can orient themselves. We value diversity and welcome applications regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social background, religion/worldview, disability, age, as well as sexual orientation and identity.

• Long-term Relationships: We place great importance on building and maintaining long-term relationships with young people to ensure stable and reliable support.
• Inclusion and Diversity: Through our open and inclusive attitude, we promote a culture of diversity and respect that allows everyone to feel comfortable and accepted.
• Quality and Further Education: Our teams are constantly in training and further education to ensure that our services meet the highest standards and address the needs of young people.
