We are an internationally active NGO dedicated to the promotion of human rights, environmental protection, and sustainable development. We are looking for a committed and experienced Policy Advisor who will drive our advocacy strategies with expert knowledge and strategic foresight.
Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of policy strategies and campaigns
- Analysis of political developments and their impacts on our focus areas
- Preparation of policy briefs, statements, and reports
- Building and maintaining networks with political decision-makers, partner organizations, and stakeholders
- Conducting workshops, presentations, and participating in professional conferences
Your profile:
- A university degree in Political Science, International Relations, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an NGO or political environment
- Deep understanding of political processes and experience in influencing political decisions
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Experience with policy analysis tools and databases
- Business-fluent English, additional languages are an advantage
