We are looking for a

Student Assistant - Admissions (gn)

part-time (20 hours per week), to start as of August 2026.Our Admissions team organizes the selection process for all master´s programmes at the Hertie School and works to enroll highly qualified students in our programmes.

Your tasks:

Answering requests from prospective students via email, phone, online or in person.
Processing student documents to complete applications for all master's programmes.
Supporting the admissions and recruitment team with special projects (e.g. reports, credential evaluation, campus tours, mentoring programme, Open Day)
Other administrative support

Your profile:

Proficiency in English (C1).
Applicants must currently be an enrolled student at a German university. Hertie School students cannot be considered for this position due to data protection.
Proficiency in working with software tools such as MS Office.
