Der Bayerische Jugendring sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Referentin für Fachentwicklung Internationale Jugendarbeit (Teilzeit, bis zu 20 Wochenstunden, befristet auf zwei Jahre, TV-L E12).
Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
- Sondierung, Konzeptionierung und Koordination von (neuen) Partnerprogrammen
- Fachliche Weiterentwicklung von themenspezifischen Inhalten der internationalen Begegnung
- Durchführung von inhaltlichen Bausteinen der fachlichen Weiterentwicklungen in Seminaren, Fachkräfteaustauschen inkl. Evaluation dieser Bauste
