Unser Accounting, Tax & Trade Compliance Team stellt die korrekte finanzielle Berichterstattung sicher, gestaltet steuerliche Strategien und gewährleistet die Einhaltung aller Handels- und Zollvorschriften. Wir arbeiten eng mit anderen Finance- und Business-Teams zusammen, treiben Prozessoptimierung voran und liefern praxisnahe Lösungen in einem sich stetig weiterentwickelnden Umfeld. Insbesondere die Kombination aus rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und der Entwicklung neuer Technologien zum autonomen Fahren bringt regelmäßig neue und spannende Herausforderungen mit sich.

Deine Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit in der Finanzbuchhaltung: Kontierung, Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Abstimmung der Konten.
• Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS.
• Bearbeitung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenprozessen sowie Forderungsmanagement.
• Unterstützung bei Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Kommunikation mit Steuerberatern.
• Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP-System; Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Root-Cause-Analysen bei Differenzen.
• Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsthemen im Rechnungswesen.
• Unterstützung bei internen Reports und beim Cash-Management.

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Finance oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
• Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting-Team eines Unternehmens oder der Wirtschaftsprüfung.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen (vor allem SAP) von Vorteil.
• Fundiertes Wissen in der handelsrechtlichen Bilanzierung: Grundkenntnisse in IFRS sowie im deutschen Steuerrecht sind wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von Prozessen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Bilanzierungssachverhalten.
• Genauigkeit, hohe Zahlenaffinität und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
