Your Tasks
- Design new process related concept like ideal factory line layout, workstations, flow chart, Work instruction, PFMEA, Jig list, line cycle time, etc. to support introduce new project successfully in factory after input from project team, to maximize job flow and efficiencies
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers
- Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards, focus in FTQ (First Time Quality)
- Engineering staff primarily in production related improvements involving validation and compliance
- Provide the Factory with the systematic examination and improvement proposals of the process steps of any operation, in any part of the Factory, leading to more effective utilization of resources, elimination of waste and new standards for future work in support of the Factory cost targets, and Operations production targets under the guidance of the Continuous Improvement operation plan and the relevant Group guidelines

- Lead LCM projects improvements, ensure standard time accuracy, compare system defined, identify opportunities to reduce Standard Minute Value by improving methods or implementing automation
- Manage and coordinate the proper implementation of process changes through PCR
- Prepare documents of Work Instruction, Flow Chart, PFMEA, PFC, including rework process and rework WI
- Set up product standard time (including CT and manpower)
Your Profile
- Understand systematic knowledge of IE tools or Lean tools
- Possess working knowledge of AutoCAD, be familiar with Creo and other 3D software, as well as office software
- Be familiar with the functional knowledge of FMEA, work instructions, and flowcharts
- Understand the manufacturing processes of home appliances and electronic devices
- Have NPI experience.
