Grants and Finance Coordinator - Executive Education (gn)

To support the planning and implementation of a major project, we are looking for a Grants and Finance Coordinator - Executive Education (gn)on a full-time basis (40 hours/week), with a contract initially limited until 30 June 2027.
Your tasks:
- Managing the project's budgets in compliance with donor guidelines, internal procedures and applicable tax-law requirements;
- Assisting in budget tracking and monitoring, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and funding conditions;
- Preparing financial documentation for funding requests, reporting, and audits;
- Contributing to the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports;
- Coordinating with project teams on financial and administrative requirements;
- Providing guidance on grant regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies;
- Supporting general administrative and coordination tasks related to the project.
Your profile:
- Either a successfully completed business administration (technical) university degree (Bachelor) or a successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification or experience in budget planning and management, if applicable;
- 2+ years of professional experience with comparable tasks (ideally in a non-profit organization or academic context);
- Practical experience in the management of third-party funded projects is desirable;
- Background knowledge of and experience working with databases, financial management tools and software, and MS Office (especially Excel);
- Affinity for numbers and business thinking;
- Experience in controlling and accounting;
- Very good knowledge of German or English, at least one of those fluent.
