Own the end-to-end global processes for Employee Central, ensuring they meet business and legal requirements across all regions, Develop and maintain a global process strategy, focusing on scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR operations, Collaborate with key stakeholders to align processes with business objectives, employee development, and HR digitalization strategies, Drive the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of the Employee Central to meet current and future business needs, Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements, Partner with IT teams to manage system upgrades, maintenance, and new feature rollouts in SuccessFactors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, Ensure global compliance with local regulatory requirements related to learning programs and employee data management, including GDPR and labour laws, Standardize global processes while enabling flexibility for country-specific legal requirements, particularly in highly regulated regions, Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure process alignment and effective communication, Lead global and regional stakeholder workshops to gather input on process improvements, system enhancements, and future requirements, Train and support HR teams on best practices for using the Employee Central modules effectively, Ensure data integrity within the Employee Central systems, establishing clear data governance policies, Leverage analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into employee engagement and overall HR effectiveness, Regularly review system data to ensure accuracy and relevance, addressing issues promptly, Lead global process transformation projects, such as module implementations or system integrations, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals, Coordinate across global teams to manage project timelines and stakeholder communication, Ensure smooth transitions during process changes, including training and user support
