Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, Collaborate with Marketing on campaign strategies and lead nurturing workflows, Coordinate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression, Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent the company and generate interest, Track KPIs such as lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, outreach volume, and revenue contribution, Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on prospect conversations and market trends, Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in target markets, Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting (email, cold calling, LinkedIn, events), Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)., Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and position our solution accordingly, Define, track and report on key growth KPIs to measure commercial impact, Collaborate with product and marketing to shape features and campaigns that accelerate adoption, Continuously improve GTM processes and experiment with new tools and approaches
