Plan, organize, and coordinate national and international long-distance road freight operations within the EU., Schedule vehicles, drivers, and routes to ensure optimal utilization and on-time delivery., Manage daily dispatch activities in line with customer requirements and operational priorities., Oversee and monitor the execution of transport orders in real time., Proactively identify and resolve delays, route changes, or operational disruptions., Ensure continuous visibility and clear communication throughout the transport process., Act as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and logistics partners., Coordinate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution., Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and service providers., Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and company regulations (e.g., driving/rest times, load securing)., Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate transport documentation and performance reports., Support administrative processes such as rate management and subcontractor assignments., Analyze operational data to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities., Contribute to process improvements and departmental goals related to service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
