Develop and execute global performance marketing strategy in collaboration with co-founder and CMO, Lead, plan, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google Ads), Manage budgets efficiently to ensure the highest return on investment for marketing spend, Leverage mobile measurement partners for tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance, Optimize campaigns for mobile app marketing and web app marketing, Continuously monitor performance data and make recommendations to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV, Conduct A/B testing to improve creative and audience targeting, Act as internal thought leader on performance marketing and stay updated on industry trends
