Lead and further develop the customer service department with 17 employees in terms of expertise, organization, and economics, Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consumption billing and manage market communication and energy data management for electricity/gas, Oversee billing for residential and commercial customers, manage excess and shortfall billing, and handle EEG and KWK systems, including creating evaluations, forecasts, and statistics, Contribute to the preparation of economic planning and annual financial statements, Optimize processes and further develop the billing system, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Maintain tariffs and pricing in the billing system, Monitor and implement industry and systemic developments, Ensure interface function with other departments and participate in cross-departmental projects, Act as a contact person for technical questions regarding consumption billing and market communication
