Sales Executive
In order to continue our ambitious growth strategy we are looking for a Sales Executive who has confirmed experience in Sustainable/ESG consulting or working for international start-ups/IT companies, has a good knowledge base of the potential customers and partners in the EU region and wishes to grow with our team.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Implementation of sales strategy according to the company’s strategy
- Sales performance evaluation including sales funnel analysis, identification and tracking of key metrics
- Interaction with Product and Marketing teams to prepare commercial offers for all types of customers
- Interaction with the current customers and attracting new ones (online, offline) through personal negotiations to develop long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Coordination and supervision of deals at all stages (offer preparation, conclusion of agreements)
- Development and implementation of sales process: sales planning, script writing, sales team training, KPI system and motivation system implementation
- Customer development: problems and needs of customers Identification
- Market trends assessment, competitor analysis and target audience identification
- Preparation of analytical reports for company management
Requirements:
- Strong passion for sustainability and digital technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Economics and finance/Sustainable development/Marketing and communications
- Solid and proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in Sustainable/ESG services or consulting large international corporate clients
- Good knowledge base of the potential customers and partners in the EU region
- Excellent communication and writing skills (English/German) with expertise in creating proposals
- You are comfortable with high-level negotiations and working with objections in English and German
- You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and overseeing multiple tasks
- Native/fluent in several European languages
