Project Manager

Your Tasks

• Set project direction together with the Category Manager and define the project team setup in conjunction with the engineering/technical leads to achieve the project scope and goals
• Ownership of the project plans activities and deliverables, ensuring their delivery through prioritization and escalation of unresolved conflicts
• Ensuring the Project KPIs (centered around costs, timeline and quality) are reported in time and reflect accurately the state of the project
• Responsible for defining the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner
• Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input; resolve conflicts and lead solutions implementations
• In parallel of NPI projects, lead RFQs activities.

Your Profile

• More than 5 years experience, master's degree
• Open attitude towards new challenges
• Team oriented, independent, active and reliable working methods
• Technical background is highly recommended
• Good knowhow of Microsoft office and an organized way to maintain share point folders
