Your responsibilities:
- Teach cloud data architecture fundamentals, including service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), OLTP vs. OLAP systems, and batch vs. streaming data processing
- Deliver courses on modern data architectures such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lambda and Kappa architectures, and real-time data design
- Instruct students in distributed data processing with Apache Spark (architecture, RDDs, DataFrames, performance optimization) and event-driven streaming with Apache Kafka
- Guide practical implementation of scalable data pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Supervise applied end-to-end cloud data engineering projects on Google Cloud Platform, integrating services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, and IAM
Your profile:
- University degree in Data Science, or Computer Science, with a strong theoretical foundation and hands-on experience in cloud-based data engineering
- Teaching experience in higher education and/or corporate experience implementing international business strategies
- Experience with case-based and discussion-oriented teaching approaches
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) and strong communication skills in multicultural classroom settings
