Help design the end-to-end people journey at Elli, from first touch as a candidate to life as a teammate., Coordinate recruiting activities from interview scheduling to onboarding, ensuring interviewers and candidates are well-prepared, feedback is collected, offers are managed, and handovers are structured., Support DEI initiatives by helping design and roll out inclusive hiring standards, bias-aware processes, and ERG activities, while maintaining measurable plans and tracking outcomes., Set up and quality-check company surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations., Contribute to employee engagement by supporting programs, events, and communications that strengthen belonging, recognition, and inclusion.
