Define and manage annual sales budgets for each market, Collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Retail, and Sales) to create a robust annual plan to meet sales targets and ensure channel differentiation, Assess and quantify the commercial impact of the activities within the annual plan, Work on product forecasts with Marketing team for future activities, Ensure the availability of stock to support key commercial activities, Provide regular sales performance executive reports to senior stakeholders analyzing opportunities for growth and actionable solutions to address issues, Enhance consumer journeys, both on-site and to the site, working with digital marketing teams, Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce within the local team, Maintain a balance between driving top-line sales and managing bottom-line P&L, Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regional eCommerce peers, Manage on-site content and ensure it aligns with commercial goals
