Research and identify potential funding sources (public and private), Help build and maintain relationships with existing and future donors, funders, and partner organizations, Prepare and organize relevant internal and external meetings with foundation entities, donors, and partner organizations, Provide updates to the Executive Board and relevant stakeholders, Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and transactions, Collaborate with the Executive Board and team to design, plan, and submit grant applications, Act as the primary liaison with grant administrators, Monitor grant goals and deadlines, Plan and oversee the work required for submissions, reporting, and communication with funders and partners, Ensure alignment between project activities and grant objectives, timelines, and budgets, Regularly review progress and report to the Board, Facilitate collaboration between project leads and the Foundation’s finance officer, Support the Executive Board with administrative tasks related to strategic planning and organizational growth, Ensure internal operations meet grant requirements
