"Wir ernten was wir Saen" is the youth platform of the Baden-Württemberg Sustainability Strategy, which is operated on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy.Our goal is to inspire and empower young people and society as a whole to make sustainable decisions and to actively contribute to shaping a world fit for the future.

• Education for sustainable development: We offer a variety of educational formats, workshops and events aimed at raising awareness of sustainable development and imparting practical skills.
• Change processes: We support change in public and private organisations through the consultation and implementation of sustainability strategies.
• Energy and mobility transition: We promote the transition to renewable energy and sustainable mobility solutions through information, workshops and events.
• Sustainable digitalisation: We research and promote the application of digital technologies to support sustainable developments.
• Climate adaptation and dealing with climate change: We offer measures and resources to mitigate the effects of climate change and strengthen society's adaptability.

Our mission is to drive sustainable change in all areas of society. We are committed to social justice, sustainable consumption and the conservation of our natural resources. Our values are based on the belief that conscious choices in our daily lives can make a significant contribution to a healthier and more harmonious future.

• Job Festival for Climate Protection "Climate, Karma and Career": Every year we organise a festival that informs and inspires young people in the vocational orientation phase about sustainable career prospects.
• PULSE OF PLANET: This series of events and excursions focuses on biodiversity and the importance of natural ecosystems, such as excursions to the Wollmatinger Ried and workshops on mushroom farming.
• Educational and workshop programmes: We regularly offer workshops and crash courses on topics such as New Work, climate protection in training and crafts, social entrepreneurship and shaping the future.
• Networking and cooperation: We work closely with various organisations, companies and initiatives to create a strong network for sustainable development.

Our team is made up of committed and expert people working in various areas of sustainability, from education and workshops to digital innovation to political participation and conservation, each bringing their specific skills and passions to promote sustainable change.
